  • 14 days of receiving the product for unused and unopened products.

Requests submitted after the applicable period may not be eligible for return or refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse.
  • Products modified, repaired, or altered by unauthorized personnel.
  • Products with missing accessories, manuals, packaging, or serial number labels.
  • Customized or special-order products.
  • Products showing signs of use, physical damage, or tampering.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team.
  2. Provide:
    • Order number or invoice.
    • Product details.
    • Reason for return.
    • Photos or videos (if applicable).
  3. Wait for return authorization from Electron HUB before shipping the product.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Upon receiving the returned product, Electron HUB will inspect it to verify eligibility.

  • Offer replacement, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

6. Refunds

  • Shipping and handling charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. Return Shipping
