1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

The product received is damaged during delivery.
The product is defective upon arrival.
An incorrect product was delivered.
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

To qualify for a return, the product must be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

2. Return Request Period

Customers must notify Electron HUB of any return request within:

7 days of receiving the product for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
14 days of receiving the product for unused and unopened products.

Requests submitted after the applicable period may not be eligible for return or refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse.
Products modified, repaired, or altered by unauthorized personnel.
Products with missing accessories, manuals, packaging, or serial number labels.
Customized or special-order products.
Products showing signs of use, physical damage, or tampering.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Contact our customer support team.
Provide:
- Order number or invoice.
- Product details.
- Reason for return.
- Photos or videos (if applicable).
Wait for return authorization from Electron HUB before shipping the product.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

5. Inspection and Approval

Upon receiving the returned product, Electron HUB will inspect it to verify eligibility.

We reserve the right to:

Approve or reject return requests.
Request additional information.
Offer replacement, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

6. Refunds

If a refund is approved:

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.
Processing times may vary depending on banks and payment providers.
Shipping and handling charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Replacements

Where applicable, Electron HUB may provide:

Replacement of defective products.
Replacement of incorrect items.
Warranty claim processing according to the manufacturer’s warranty policy.

8. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly supplied.
Electron HUB is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return transit.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

9. Manufacturer Warranty

Many products sold by Electron HUB carry a manufacturer warranty.

Warranty claims are subject to:

Manufacturer inspection and approval.
Warranty terms and conditions provided with the product.

Warranty coverage does not include damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, accidents, power surges, environmental factors, or unauthorized repairs.
